After a malfunction occurs, an alarm prompt will appear at the top of the main monitoring screen. Based on the prompt content, the faulty equipment can be preliminarily determined. The specific alarms are as follows: V101 valve position alarm, V105 valve position alarm, heating section gas reversing alarm, heating section air reversing alarm, insulation section gas reversing alarm, and insulation section air reversing alarm. Among them, V101 valve is the heating section gas quick cut valve, and V105 valve is the insulation section gas quick cut valve. Each device consists of an action part and a valve position feedback part. The action part is operated by an electromagnetic valve with pneumatic components.
Troubleshooting: After the above alarm occurs, first check the color displayed on the main monitor screen of the alarm device to determine its status.
If the quick cut valve displays yellow and the directional valve displays red "X", it means the stroke is not in place. Check if the stroke is separated from the equipment. If not, turn on the travel switch, check if the cam in the travel is not in place, and adjust it appropriately to press the spring plate with a large arc.
If the quick cut valve or directional valve is displayed as one of red or green, it can be judged that its stroke is normal, and the key point of investigation is in the action part. When inspecting moving parts, observe whether one of the two plugs of the solenoid valve lights up on site. If both plugs do not light up, it is an electrical fault. Then, if one of the two plugs is connected, remove both plugs and use bright plugs to sequentially insert and remove the two solenoid valve sockets. If the cylinder does not move, it is a mechanical failure. If the cylinder moves, it is an electrical fault.
